Building A Career & Business That Fits Your Life
(Ages 16 to 24)

As the world of work continues to evolve, many young people already have creative interests, business ideas, or career goals they want to explore, but may not know how to turn them into something sustainable. This course helps youth ages 16-24 explore entrepreneurship, AI tools, what work/life balance means to them, digital technology safety, business psychology, and the foundations of online marketing in a grounded and creative way, while supporting them in developing a business idea, simple business plan, and beginner-friendly website based on their interests and future goals.

Virtual Workshop Series & 1:1 Coaching

A New Path Forward: Work, Skills & Self-Employment (Ages 18+)

As employment pathways continue to shift and become less predictable, many people find themselves in between jobs and rethinking what comes next. This workshop series offers a grounded starting point for those considering entrepreneurship for the first time due to challenges finding traditional work, helping them explore the possibility with clarity and structure. It introduces the foundations of entrepreneurship, AI tools, digital technology safety, business psychology, work-life balance, and online marketing, while supporting participants in shaping a realistic business idea, developing a simple business plan, and creating a beginner-friendly website based on their skills, interests, and direction forward.

Virtual Workshop Series

Building Human-Centred Workplaces Post-2020

Since 2020, many organizations have begun rethinking what healthy, sustainable workplaces truly look like for both employers and employees. This workshop is a three-part series exploring modern people and culture practices through the lens of psychological safety, communication, leadership, burnout prevention, work-life balance, and changing workforce expectations. Designed for business owners, managers, HR professionals, and emerging leaders, this series offers grounded discussions and practical tools to help create workplaces that support both human well-being and long-term organizational sustainability in a rapidly changing world.
