Fall 2026 3-Part Leadership Workshop Series | Virtual Learning for Professionals

Building Human-Centred Workplaces Post-2020

This is a practical, discussion-based learning experience designed for business owners, managers, HR professionals, and emerging leaders who are rethinking how workplaces function in today’s evolving landscape.

Since 2020, there's been a noticeable shift in how people relate to work, leadership, and organizational culture. Many workplaces are recognizing that traditional structures are no longer sustainable and are beginning to explore more human-centred approaches.

This series offers a grounded starting point for understanding what that shift looks like in practice, and how to begin implementing changes that support both employee well-being and long-term organizational sustainability.
