1. Overview

 

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services and offerings provided by Holisera Productions Inc., including 1:1 coaching, application-based programs, registration-based workshops, cohort learning experiences, and in-person or ticketed events.

By registering for or purchasing any offering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific terms outlined for each offering. Where program-specific refund terms differ, those terms will be clearly outlined on the applicable sales page, registration page, or contract and will take precedence over this general policy.

No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in writing for the specific offering.

 

2. Program Types

 

Holisera Productions Inc. offers multiple types of experiences, including:

• Programs requiring an application, review, and acceptance prior to enrollment. 

• Registration-Based Programs

• Programs that allow direct enrolment without an application process. A seat is reserved immediately upon payment.

• In-Person Events and Ticketed Experiences

 

Live events, workshops, or experiences held in person where attendance is reserved through advance ticket purchase.

3. Application-Based Programs

​

Due to limited seating, intake review, and preparation required prior to acceptance:

​

• 15 days or more before the program start date - 50% refund available upon written request

• Less than 15 days before the program start date - no refunds will be issued

• After acceptance and payment confirmation - a seat is considered reserved and preparation begins immediately

• After the program start date - no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided

 

4. Registration-Based Programs

 

For direct enrollment programs without an application process:

• 15 days or more before the program start date - full refund available upon written request

• 15 days before the program start date - 50% refund available

• After the program start date - no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided

 

5. Collaborative Programs and Third-Party Contributions

 

Some programs, workshops, or learning experiences may include guest facilitators, collaborators, contractors, or third-party professional contributions.

 

Where applicable:

• Fees allocated to third-party collaborators or external services may be non-refundable once committed or delivered

• Refunds, if issued, may exclude non-recoverable costs already allocated to collaborators or third-party providers

• Holisera Productions Inc. will outline the inclusion of external contributors where reasonably applicable

 

This reflects the upfront commitments required to deliver collaborative or multi-facilitator programs and ensures fair compensation for all parties involved.

6. In-Person Events and Ticketed Experiences

 

All in-person events, workshops, and ticketed experiences are considered final sale unless otherwise stated on the applicable event page.

​

• All ticket sales are non-refundable

• Tickets may be transferable to another attendee with prior written notice, where permitted

• If an event is cancelled by Holisera Productions Inc., attendees will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event

 

Due to venue commitments, staffing, and planning costs, all in-person event purchases are considered confirmed at the time of payment.

 

7. 1:1 Coaching and Pay-Per-Session Mentorship

​

• All 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked

• Sessions reserve dedicated time and professional capacity and are considered final sale upon confirmation

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice, subject to availability

• Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded

 

8. Missed Sessions

​

Group sessions are delivered live and are not recorded unless explicitly stated.

If a participant misses a session:

​

• The session cannot be replayed or rescheduled

• Additional support may be offered where applicable, at the discretion of Holisera Productions Inc., depending on program structure

 

9. Program or Event Cancellation by Holisera Productions Inc.

 

If Holisera Productions Inc. cancels a program or event, participants will be offered:

​

• A full refund, or

• A transfer credit toward a future offering of equal value

 

10. Force Majeure

​

Holisera Productions Inc. is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, venue issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide suitable alternatives where possible.

11. Payment Terms

​

• All payments are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

• Payment is required to confirm and secure participation

• Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in loss of reserved placement

 

12. Agreement to Policy

 

By registering for or purchasing any service, program, or event offered by Holisera Productions Inc., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
