All final content, frameworks, and educational direction remain human-reviewed and approved by Holisera Productions Inc.

Confidential client or participant information is not knowingly used to train public AI models.

Participants acknowledge that some information may be processed through third-party systems or platforms that may involve automated or AI-assisted processing outside of the organization’s direct control.

6. Third-Party Services

 

Holisera Productions Inc. uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate its business, which may include:

  • Google Workspace and related tools

  • website hosting platforms

  • payment processing systems, including Square and Interac e-Transfer through Canadian banking systems

  • accounting and invoicing software such as QuickBooks

  • email and communication platforms

 

These providers may store or process personal information outside of Holisera Productions Inc.’s direct control.

Holisera Productions Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or data handling policies of third-party providers. Participants are encouraged to review the applicable policies of those services.

  • photography, video, and audio recording are discouraged unless otherwise stated

  • participants are expected to respect the privacy of others

  • Holisera Productions Inc. cannot control or prevent independent recording by attendees

  • participation acknowledges that incidental recording may occur outside of the organization’s control

 

Where official photography or recording is conducted by Holisera Productions Inc., participants will be informed in advance and consent will be obtained where required.

9. Data Storage and Security

 

Holisera Productions Inc. implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no system of storage or transmission is fully secure. Holisera Productions Inc. does not guarantee absolute security and is not liable for unauthorized access, breaches, or cyber incidents beyond its reasonable control.

 

10. Data Retention

  • coaching and program-related information may be retained for up to 5 years after last interaction

  • financial records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Canadian requirements

  • newsletter data is retained until unsubscribed

  • website analytics data is retained for a limited period

 

Information is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required, unless retention is legally necessary.
